Black and White

Some photographers are of the opinion that good light is crucial. Others, on the other hand, hold that it is depending on the subject whether a photo is perceived as boring or great. Whatever is most important, in this dark time of year I most of all miss light, no matter if it’s good or bad. When I drive home from work, it’s already dim. When I arrive at home it’s almost completely dark. You have no other option than to bump up the ISO and hope for the best. With a little luck, you’ll find one or the other interesting subject that cuts a fine figure even if heavily noisy and black-and-white. Once again, the DP2M and DP3M were used.

Everything until ISO3200 is perfectly good. ISO6400 is, as you can see in the following photo, not so beautiful anymore.Sigma DP2 Merrill (volle Auflösung - full resolution)
