Hello dear visitor,
A few years back I completed my training and dreamt of becoming a professional photographer. My camera was the means of recording my life. Taking good pictures and witnessing the fascination of photography was my intention, capturing and saving most beautiful and precious moments, my one goal and never-ending challenge.
To stay on the ball in the continuously changing world of photography, I began blogging. Since things in life don’t always go according to plan, I never became a pro photographer – looking back, it’s probably for the best – however, photography is still my most important hobby.
My gear should not go unmentioned: after falling in love with the foveon look and toying with the idea of buying into the Sigma system for a very long time, I sold my Canon 40D and Nikon D90 and corresponding lenses to make room for a Sigma SD1 Merrill. In addition to Sigma’s DSLR flagship I also own a Sigma 18-250 f3.5-6.3 OS Macro HSM superzoom, a Sigma 10-20 f3.5 ultra-wide-angle, a Sigma 24-70 f2.8 standard zoom and a Sigma 30 f1.4.
Should you have any questions about my gear, don’t hesitate to ask. 🙂
Tamara and Beatrice here! About a year ago (2016) we decided to work with Lars on his “Fotogenerell” project. For years we’ve been fans of his blog and you can imagine how thrilled we were when Lars offered us the opportunity to share our own experiences, photos and inspirations on here. 😉
We are both photo enthusiasts and always on the look out for new ideas, inspirations, techniques and motifs.
We can’t wait to hear your opinion on our work – so please drop us a comment from time to time! 🙂
All the best,
Tamara & Beatrice
